Individual Counseling. Is It For Me?
We all face periods of difficulty or crises at some point in our lives. Counseling provides you with support at times of crisis and also helps prevent difficulties developing into a crisis or burn-out.
How does individual counseling help?
The counseling process can help clarify the underlying issues, help identify what are the causes of distress and explore new options and ways of dealing with one’s concerns.

We can help you explore your situation, acquire greater insight into what is happening and discover ways of improving the situation.
Counseling can help restore self-esteem and create a sense of confidence derived from the ability to look at ourselves in a more positive and constructive way and to make decisions with greater clarity. As a result of counseling people feel more in control of their lives and more able to overcome their challenges.
